Personal reflection

Self isolation is very essential to stop the rapid spread of corona virus. People who arrived from overseas after March 15 should be isolated for 15 days. During this period one should need to stay at home to reduce the risk of transmission. Self isolation is a good idea for people who are at a high risk of transmission in society like people over the age of 70. The incubation period for Covid 19 is between five and ten days. During the self isolation period if the symptoms of Covid 19 develops then people should arrange to see their doctors for check ups.

  1. Good reflection but stick to your opinion without giving any factual information - what is your stand on this self isolation. Thanks for blogging...

  2. I believe that self-isolation is the only way to avoid spreading of the virus. If we stay at home and do not meet or coming contact with anybody then there is no chance of transmitting the infection. Hence, stay home and stay safe.
